Terms of Service

Effective date: Jun 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operators of SkillStorr ("SkillStorr," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using SkillStorr — including the website, editor, public catalog, and the MCP server that connects your prompts to third-party AI tools (the "Service") — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
SkillStorr is operated jointly by two Ukrainian individual entrepreneurs (фізична особа-підприємець, "FOP"): Individual Entrepreneur Bohdan Tsaryk and Individual Entrepreneur Mykyta Haidaienko, Ukraine.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you have the right to enter into these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and any API keys you generate to connect the Service to AI tools. Keep them confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Your content and the license you give us

You own your content. The prompts, skills, comments, and other material you create or upload ("Your Content") remain yours.
To run the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you — including storing and versioning it, and delivering it to the third-party AI tool you choose when you invoke it.
Public catalog. If you choose to publish a prompt or skill to the public catalog, you additionally grant us and other users a license to view, use, and run that published content through the Service. Published content and your display name become publicly visible. You can stop publishing content, but others who have already used it may retain copies.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:
  • break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • upload or publish content that is unlawful, malicious, deceptive, or that you don't have the right to share;
  • create or distribute prompts intended to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content;
  • upload malware, attempt to breach security, scrape the Service, or reverse-engineer it;
  • resell, sublicense, or misuse the Service or other users' content outside what these Terms allow;
  • interfere with the Service or other users.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Content from other users, and the marketplace

The public catalog contains content created by other users. We do not endorse it and do not guarantee it is accurate, safe, or fit for any purpose. You use third-party content at your own risk.
A paid marketplace is not yet available. When it launches, additional terms will apply to purchases, creator payouts, fees, taxes, and refunds, and we will publish them then.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and the "SkillStorr" name — belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to it except the right to use the Service as permitted here.

8. Third-party AI tools

The Service connects to third-party AI providers (for example, through the MCP server). When you invoke a prompt, your content is sent to and processed by the AI provider you have connected, under their terms. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their outputs, availability, or how they handle your data. You are responsible for your use of any AI outputs.

9. Changes, availability, and termination

We are still building SkillStorr. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and the Service may have downtime. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or AI output will meet your needs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of SkillStorr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as SkillStorr grows. We will update the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK, or another place with mandatory consumer-protection laws, you keep the protections those laws give you, and nothing here removes them.
